Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product hardware development, debugging, and problem-solving according to project requirements;

2. Responsible for grasping the product development cycle, tracking problems encountered during the product development process, and serving as the first person in charge of coordinating with other resource groups to handle and solve problems;

3. Regularly optimize processes, including standardization of standard document templates, standard circuits, and process standardization, to improve work efficiency within the group while reducing development error rates;

4. Pre research on new technologies to enhance product competitiveness;

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in electronics, communication, computer, automation or electromechanical related fields, with more than 3 years of hardware development related work experience;

2. Familiar with hardware professional theoretical knowledge, hardware design, and hardware interface testing standards;

3. Familiar with the design, analysis, debugging, and testing of analog circuits and embedded hardware;

4. Familiar with commonly used interfaces and bus designs, and have a certain level of knowledge in signal integrity and EMC design;

5. Rigorous in work, team spirit, strong learning ability, and a willingness to work as a hardware tester are preferred.
