On site support: For problems that cannot be solved by phone, we send engineers to the site to solve them for users. The specific response time is as follows: for users within the "service area", the on-site response time is within 4 hours; For users outside the service area, the on-site response time is within 24 hours. The so-called "within the service area" refers to the location where the user has our company's branch or business partners, while "outside the service area" refers to the location where the user does not have our company's technical support and after-sales service personnel.
