    Work experience: 3-5 years of work experience.

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Solve problems encountered by customers during daily use of the product, including hardware and software installation and debugging, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance recommendations;

    2. Cooperate with sales personnel to conduct product demonstrations and testing for customers based on their needs;

    3. Provide technical support for product installation, debugging, etc. according to customer needs;

    4. Answer technical support calls, answer technical questions raised by customers, and resolve on-site installation and debugging issues over the phone.

    5. Responsible for the planning, design, and construction of weak current system solutions, and reporting and tracking the progress of various weak current construction in writing, as well as handling various emergency situations;

    6. Participate in training work, provide on-site guidance and other after-sales technical support work;

    7. Maintain customer relationships and provide timely feedback on user information.

    Qualifications for the position:

    1. College degree or above, major in computer science, electronic information engineering, automation, communication or related fields;

    2. Experience in weak current systems is preferred (mainly in comprehensive cabling, installation/debugging of communication room equipment, computer network systems, security systems, etc.);

    3. Familiar with the basics of electrical engineering and circuit knowledge;

    4. Possess good communication skills and strong customer orientation ability;

    5. Honesty and integrity, able to withstand work pressure, with high enthusiasm and good teamwork spirit.
