With the continuous construction of water conservancy projects, in order to reduce the operating costs of pumping stations and achieve the effect of only configuring a small number of equipment maintenance personnel to ensure the normal operation of pumping stations, coupled with the rapid development of modern communication technology and video technology, unmanned pumping stations have gradually become a trend.
Unmanned pumping stations are mostly located in remote areas with harsh natural environments, inconvenient communication, and difficult construction wiring, which naturally requires high requirements for the locks used.
Our company's passive intelligent lock (referred to in this article as passive dual channel intelligent padlock and passive intelligent cabinet lock) has been applied in an unmanned pumping station in Fuzhou this year, solving the following problems:
1. The passive dual channel padlock is made of 316L stainless steel material, which has strong corrosion resistance. Coupled with waterproof and dustproof design, it can also adapt well to harsh natural environments. There will be no situation where traditional locks cannot be opened due to rust.
2. The passive dual channel padlock adopts dual channels and dual systems to ensure that when one channel of the lock fails, the other channel can be opened normally without delaying the work progress. The passive smart lock adopts a passive lock core and 360 ° idle technology to prevent the technology from opening.
3. Smart key unlocking. Compared with traditional methods that require a large number of keys, are easily copied, have no record of switch locks, and have cumbersome procedures for receiving and returning keys, smart keys simplify key management work. One key can open multiple locks, and all switch lock records will be uploaded to the platform for easy viewing in the future.
4. Passive intelligent locks can be integrated with the monitoring platform of water supply companies to upload real-time lock switch information, allowing pump station management personnel to remotely and timely understand the use of locks in the monitoring center of the water supply company. Having inspection function, it is convenient for management personnel to arrange work reasonably and improve work efficiency.
5. Compared to smart locks on the market, passive smart locks have no built-in battery, no wiring, and are suitable for most venues. Because it is passive, there is no need to worry about leakage or power failure, saving a lot of maintenance costs in the later stage.
